Alexis Sage, DVM, provides on-site care for horses, cats and dogs in the region surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina. The practice serves Mecklenburg, Union, Stanly and Anson Counties and adjoining areas of South Carolina.

Dr. Sage drives a fully equipped veterinary van to your farm or home to care for your animals in their familiar and comfortable home environment.

Equine services include preventative health such as vaccines and dentistry, lameness exams including

x-rays, reproductive services, medicine, surgery and ophthalmology. Dr. Sage's mission is to provide current, reliable diagnostics and treatment to enhance your horse's well being and performance.

Pet care services include physical exams, vaccinations, heartworm and fecal exams, and the sale of prescription heartworm and flea products. 

Hospitalization and surgical procedures beyond the scope of a mobile practice are referred to facilities with which Dr. Sage has an established relationship.
